Jax's first Easter

 

 

 

 

Happy Easter!

As you probably already know this was Jax's first Easter. He didn't really know what to think of it and had absolutely no idea what was going on. All he cared about is that family was together and we were having fun together. Mom had to be to work at 7am so we woke Jax up nice and early at about 5am so Shaileen could see him get his Easter Basket from the Easter Bunny. He did not want to wake up to begin with but quickly changed his mind and was his regular self which is as happy as can be.

 

Jax was really curious with the tobasco bottle so we let him play with it. Shaileen had the brilliant idea to see if he would like it. I said "no way it's way too hot." The funny thing is he loved the taste and didnt complain about the spiciness of it at all. Jax is one tough little dude!

 

Of course Aunt Tristen had to let Jax try some candy. :)

 

Jax had such a great time and was so tired from all of the fun we had. With how much fun we had on Easter we can't wait until Memorial Day and Independence Day now. 

2013 Cline Family Christmas Party

It was time for the annual Cline family Christmas party. We had an absolute blast. Janica was nice enough to hold the party at her house. The weather was absolutely crazy so we were so happy that we only had to drive to Tooele instead of into town. As always, when we get together with the Cline side of the family we have a ton of fun, sometimes a little too much fun. We had a great meal and then everyone took family photos at the "photobooth" It was fun and Jax loved wearing the snowman headwear. We also played family fued and minute to win it. There are videos attached that will show how much fun we had too. We are just so thankful for our family and love them all so much.

Water Fight

Friday night we were sitting around not doing much when Shaileen decided to squirt with a water bottle. Lets just say we went into a full on war. I stole her squirt bottle and she went and found another one. The funny thing is that it would only spray big and not in a stream so I won! We have so much fun together and love each other so much.j

HAYRIDE AND GESTURES

I think we started a new Cline family tradition last night. A guy my dad works with asked him if our family would like to go on a hayride to Christmas St in Taylorsville so we got together as a family and went over. We of course took hot chocolate and some of Hilarie's famous rice krispy treat bears, and some cookies and had a great time. After we went back to my parents house to warm up and we had to play our holiday favorite, Gestures! It had been several years since we had played Gestures but brought back some great memories. Especially the one where Grandpa Earl got the word nipple and pretty much took off his shirt. I can't believe it has been a year almost since his passing. I miss him every day. Thanks for the great time Mom and Dad. We look forward to coming over tonight for more fun!

Fun weekend

Saturday day and night we spent time with Tristen and Nelson. We went over and played some games and then drove out to the new Traverse Mountain mall and shopped. It was a pretty cool mall.

 

These glasses are the coolest things ever. They are christmas light viewing glasses. Any christmas lights have a star halo around them. super cool!

Craft Night and Football With Some of Our Best Friends!!

Last night two of our best friends came over last night to hang out!!

 We love it when Brady and Lauren come over with their two precious little girls! We had so much fun!! We started the night by eating some yummy dinner together and then we let little miss Olivia go out to the garden to pick pumpkins for the family... she had a blast! 

We then went downstairs and started crafting away!! I painted a cute frame to go in my living room and Lauren is making the word HOME and the "O" 

is interchangeable every month with a cute holiday item! 

Brady and Kurt sat and watched the Utah vs USC game and kept the 

girls busy for us! What great guys!! 

Kurt is going to be the best daddy EVER one day... you can just see it in this picture. He sat and read book after book after book with sweet little Olivia. 

Pretty much the sweetest thing I have ever seen! 

Don't ask me why or what made her think of it but Lauren decided it would be AWESOME if we painted on mustaches!! They turned out pretty epic if I do say so myself!! That's right... when we get together it gets a little crazy!! LOL

I came upstairs to find this cuteness!! Lauren, Brady, and miss Olivia had a little fun with the IPad!! Turned out pretty cute!!

I just want to say that through all of the CRAP Kurt and I have been through in the last few months we are sure grateful for our amazing friends!! We are always having people come by and calling us just to check on how we are doing. We are so blessed with some of the best friends in the world! 

Utah State Fair 2012

Its that time of the year! This past week we went to the Utah State Fair. If you know us we absolutely love the fair and look forward to it every year. The atmosphere there is fun and the best part is people watching there. Shaileen told me the day before we went to the fair that she had never had a funnel cake! How was that not a qualifying question when I asked her to marry me? Anyhow, she got the funnel cake and she loved it. The only problem is the next day is when her Gallbladder problems arose! My favorite part of the fair is the photography section. Usually i put some of my photos into it but didn't this year. I love seeing the photos there because it gives me inspiration. I just have not gotten out lately enough and have lost my photography skill lately. That means I just need to get out more though!!!
