Jax and I spend a ton of time at home alone together. We have as much fun as we can. You can tell how happy this little bugger is. I can't say it enough, I am the proudest Dad ever!

It is hard to read what his onesie says hit it says "don't change me till the game is over"
Obviously Jax can't read excuse he decided to pee through his diaper so
We had to take him out of his onsie! Haha...

Finally, inside house photos
This is the living room that you see when you first walk in our door. We absolutely love it. We told each other that we better never have to paint in here however because we would have to hire someone to do it. There is no way I could get in the upper corners all by myself.
These are the french doors into the office.
On Memorial Day we went and bought a new computer desk that matches so much better in this room.
Dont mind the large painting in the background. We just have not hung it up yet.
Shaileen gave me the ok to start collecting sports memorabilia, so we went out and purchased this shelving unit. I have bought a couple new things off ebay this past week to start filling it up. Cant wait to get them in the mail now.
We absolutely love our kitchen. It feels so much warmer and inviting now. When we have people over it doesn't feel so crammed anymore.
As funny as it sounds one of our favorite things about this home is the food pantry. We have plenty of space downstairs to store the food but this is so much more efficient.
Family room right off of the kitchen.
Half bath off of the family room on the main floor, and hooked to it in the next picture is the laundry room.
Here soon we are looking forward to building some stools for the washer and dryer so they stand up higher. We are going to build them because they are ridiculously expensive to buy.
Don't judge by how dirty my garage is right now. It is one of the last things I am worried about getting organized, at least we can pull the cars into it right now.
As you walk up the stairs to the upper floor this is the view you have of the living room.
This is going to be the nursery in the future, some day soon i am going to set up the crib and everything else but I just am not in a big hurry. At least we have everything we need.
This is another extra bedroom upstairs for when guests come stay with us. Nice and cozy.
One of the bedrooms Shaileen made into her craft room. We recently went and bought some tables so she can do her crafts on them. We just need to paint the nasty stripes off of the bedroom walls.
Extra full bathroom upstairs. This is so much better than the nasty blue tile one we had before. I can't say enough how excited we are to be out of that house.
Master bedroom- We just have not put anything up on the walls in here yet however because we have not decided what we want up yet.
Master Bathroom, my favorite thing about it is the shower is tall enough where I don't have to crouch over to use it. Also, the seperate toilet room.
Shaileen's painting turned out really cool I think in here.
Master closet.
This is one of the rooms in our basement. This one had the built in for the tv already. Sooner or later we are going to make this a work out room until we finish the basement. Perfect size for it I think.
As I am sure you can tell we are using this for our storage and freezer room for right now. I definately need so organize this better quick...
How cool is this room? The previous owners of this house had children that played in a band. They let the kids do what they wanted to finish this room so they soundproofed it and made it into a band room. The messages on the wall are pretty fun.
We so look forward to building many memories in this home. We welcome anyone that wants to come out as well.

Closing tonight
The last 1-2 weeks has been absolutely crazy because we have been packing like crazy getting ready to move. Also, we have been helping Shaileen's Mom move into her new house too. We cant wait to be settled down in one location with all of our stuff the way we want it.
It got way real last night when we went to do our final walk through on our new house. The sellers had most of their stuff packed up so it didnt look like their home, it looked like our future home. We walked through it making sure everything was ready for us to close tonight. TONIGHT! holy crap has time just flown by. I thought that a month was going to take forever to come but it is here. The plan is to meet at the title company at 4:30pm to sign on the closing of our house in Taylorsville as well as the new one at the same time. We were happy because we really didnt want to take time off work to do this so it turned out well. The plan so far is to move on Saturday morning so anyone that is able and willing to help we would really appreciate it.

Packing and moving
Lately we have been packing like crazy to get ready to move to our new house. As you can tell from the pictures below our house is stacked with boxes in most rooms. We are excited to move and get into a bigger better house. We have been told that we should be planning to close on May 22nd. We are happy because we really did not want to move twice as we thought there was a possibility of there being a week between houses.

MOVING
It is official! We received an offer on our house this past Saturday. We accepted the offer and are currently under contract to sell and to also buy the other house that we posted about recently. We are excited to move and have something new in our lives but are not excited about the thought of moving. We are still about a month away until we move but a couple of the rooms in our house are already packed up and ready to go. When it is time to finally move we may be asking for a little bit of help to make it as quick and painless as possible.

Hoping to sell our house
These past 5 or so days have been absolutely crazy. As you probably know from our previous post our house is up for sale. People have been coming to our house nonstop to check it out. Approximately 35 people have come in that short period of time. It is crazy how the market is on the sellers side right now completely. The only issue is our house is on a busy street which is causing it so some people are not interested. We are just wanting someone to buy our house so we can move to the house we have an accepted offer on, we just have a condition on the purchase of that property that we need to sell ours first. The home we are hopefully going to move into is awesome. Here are some photos.
It is a 3203 sq ft home! it is huge, about 2200 is finished and has an unfinished basement but we can use that for some great storage! Another plus is it is only about 1 street away from the man made lake. We can't wait and hope that we are able to sell our home quick! Wish us luck!-
