Computer Back Up!!!

The last 2 months or so give or take our computer has been down. We thought that it was a horrible virus but we found out that some of the sectors on the hard drive had been ruined. I purchased a new hard drive and Jason helped me put it in tonight. Luckily I only lost a few documents because I had all of my 78,387 pictures on my external hard drive and were backed up. I am happy to have my computer back up because now I can edit photographs on a better computer and not on the laptop which is crap and I can also update this blog! woohoo

Carlye's Softball

So we have been able to go to a couple of Carlye's softball games and we have had a blast doing so. We love getting outside and being able to watch some sports. Carlye has done a great job this year and this past weekend she tried out for the allstar team and did an excellent job and made the "A" team. She was the only one in the tryout to hit all of the balls that were thrown to her as well as she only dropped 2 of the fly balls as well. WAY TO GO CARLYE!

Monthly Family Dinner

It was our turn to have the Cline monthly family dinner at our house. It was a little cramped but it worked. There were 18 people in total that came over. We BBQ'd burgers and hottogs on our new grill and mmmmm they were delicious. Shaileen made some awesome cupcakes. They were banana split cupcakes :) At the end of the night we pulled out the game called wits and wagers and had a blast playing that game as a family.

Refinishing Dresser

So, we were helping Shaileen's mom move the other day and they were going to take this old dresser to the DI but we told them that we would like it so we brought it home and decided that we wanted to take a chance and refinish it. This first picture is when we first got it in the garage and put the paint stripper on it. It took two coats of that paint stripper stuff and was kind of a pain in the butt.

Second, we used paint thinner to get the excesses crap off of it and then primed everything. I went out to start painting and i forgot to prime it and thankfully Shaileen stopped me after putting only a couple of paint stokes on. So, we used some more paint thinner and then reprimed over the top of it.



Here comes the first coat of paint. We ended up using a total of 3 coats just to be safe even though we probably could have got away with only using two but better safe than sorry.

This is the final product. We like how it turned out. We also purchased this new painting of Christ for our basement also. hope you all enjoy.
